Nookic is a personal archiving tool. It runs on your device and uses your own signed-in sessions to keep a copy of posts you can already see, so you can read them later and without a network.
Nookic has no server component. We do not receive, store, host, index, or publish your collection or anyone's content, and Nookic has no feature for sharing an archived post publicly. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any of the services it can archive from.
You archive using your own account, and you are responsible for what you archive and what you do with it. Keep to the terms of the services you use. Archive only content you are permitted to keep — content that is public, that is yours, or that you otherwise have permission to retain — and keep it for yourself. Do not use Nookic to republish, redistribute, or sell someone else's work.
Copyright in archived content remains with whoever owns it. Making a personal copy does not transfer any rights to you, and it does not transfer any to us.
The services Nookic can archive from are independent of us. They may change how they work, restrict what a browser is served, or stop allowing this entirely, at any time and without notice. Some posts cannot be archived, and that is expected rather than a fault. Service names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what Nookic works with.
Nookic is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will continue to work with any particular service, and features may change or be removed as those services change.
Nookic is currently in private testing and is not sold. If paid features are introduced, they will be sold through Apple, subject to Apple's terms; Apple handles billing, receipts, and refunds, and this page will be updated to say so.
Your collection lives on your device, and optionally in your own iCloud account. We hold none of it. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose — see the Privacy Policy for what is stored and where.
Nookic is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost archives, lost access, or any damages arising from your use of the app or from your use of the content you archive with it.
If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with its date.
